Dr. Muhammad Marouf Chaudhry, M.D., FACC, FSCAI
Cardiologist (Heart Specialist) - Interventional Cardiologist and Endovascular Specialist
Dr. Muhammad Marouf Chaudhry joined Heart MD in September of 2022. He has expertise in cardiology and vascular diseases, and he provides a full range of care, from medical management to invasive procedures.
Dr. Chaudhry graduated from Ayub Medical College in Pakistan and moved to the United States in 2005 to pursue his dream of becoming a cardiologist. He completed his internal medicine residency at Long Island College Hospital in New York where he was appointed Chief Resident. Dr. Chaudhry completed his cardiovascular disease and interventional cardiology fellowships at Mount Sinai Beth Israel Medical Center in New York.
During his training, he was awarded the Intern of the Year and Resident of the Year. Dr. Chaudhry was actively involved in research and has published various peer-reviewed articles and presented them in local and national conferences. He received an award for his clinical research and was recognized for various other achievements from Long Island College Hospital. Dr. Chaudhry is a co-author of a cardiology textbook.

Dr. Chaudhry moved to East Texas after he completed his cardiology fellowship and served as a Clinical Associate Professor and Vascular Director at UT Health Science Center, located in Tyler.
Dr. Chaudhry provides a broad range of services. He is an expert in the management of high blood pressure, high cholesterol, abnormal heart rhythms, heart attack, coronary artery disease, valvular heart disease, peripheral vascular disease, venous insufficiency, circulation issues and many other various conditions related to heart and vascular disease. Dr. Chaudhry is affiliated with Baylor Scott & White The Heart Hospital Plano, Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Allen and Medical City Plano.
Dr. Chaudhry is married and has been blessed with four children. He enjoys spending time with his family and friends, playing cricket, badminton, and cycling. In his free time, he volunteers at various community-based health clinics.
