He literally saved my husband's life!! We had been going to UTSW for the last 8 years and didn't see any results and decided to find a new cardiologist closer to where we live. He was referred to us and in less than a year he was able to determine my husband had a Bicuspid Aortic Valve that he was born with and the doctors at UTSW NEVER found!! Within a month he had his Aortic Valve replaced and the surgeon Dr. Chaudry referred us too was top notch. We can't thank him enough!!

I could have given only 5 stars to the man who, saved my life with the full acknowledgment of Gods power. He and his staff practice empathy and skill. I was listened to and always saw swift actions. I felt as if I had my own specialist. Came to see me in the hospital when I was his only patient in the hospital that day. This guy is the real deal!

I can't say enough wonderful things about Dr. Chaudhry. I experienced a recent scare that forced me to visit the ER in the middle of the night and then I was referred to Dr. Chaudhry for a follow up. I was scared to death wondering what was wrong with my heart and what was going to happen and he personally reached out to me to give me a peace of mind and talk with me so I wouldnt feel in the dark, sitting around stressing about my issue up until my appointment. His bedside manner is unmatched and I truly wish every doctor was as caring and thoughtful as he is. At the appointment he answered all of my questions in full and more. He goes above and beyond and is extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend him to everyone! If I could give 10 stars I would. Thank you Dr. Chaudhry!

I am new to seeing a cardiologist because of bp problems. I first met Dr Chaudhury for the first time while in the hospital after a high bp scare. After meeting him and being in his care for a couple if days, my family all agreed he should be my cardiologist going forward. Dr. Chaudhury is one of the most caring doctors I have ever had in my 79 years. He makes himself available at all times facilitating his care/expertise any time needed. I am a new patient but he makes me feel like I am his only patient. His manner is warm and his smile is always reassuring. I can easily give him a 5 star rating.

Excellent cardiologist! You want the best! Its your heart! He listens. Runs the necessary tests. Stays on top of your health care and heart issues. Plus his office staff is responsible and offers good customer service. Everything runs smoothly. Its rare to find an excellent physician and a good office staff as well. But this office is a stress free, helpful environment with a cardiologist that cares and has made my life and health so much better.

What a great doctor Dr. Chaudhry is. I loved his bedside manner 😊 with a smile. I was little shakey but he put me at ease. He explained everything to me about my procedure that was so heartwarming and easy to understand. He and his team, Jenny, Malaka, Rudy, and David made me so comfortable considering the situation. Thank you 😊 all for your great care of me.

So I love doing reviews and this review is at the top of my list. Awesome Dr very informative and knowledgeable. He has a great sense of humor ( hard to find these days). I’m a plumber and made a joke about him doing plumbing on a plumber, that made his day and was super excited about working on me. The staff said he’s never been more excited than doing plumbing on a plumber. Anyway he loves what he does and is very dedicated to his clients and his profession. Highly recommend.

Dr Chaudhry is amazing !! Actually the whole staff is proficient, kind , and are a pleasure to work with. His bedside manner and listening skills are top notch. He put me at ease for my testing and procedures. (And I am very anxious in that setting) Highly recommended him to several family members and friends who all have had the same experience.

I cannot recommend Dr Chaudhry enough! He was very patient and kind with me since I was nervous about the chest pains I’d been feeling. After doing a thorough exam and stress test I feel more at ease because of him! Office was very nice and all staff members were very friendly and helpful. 10/10 first time patient experience

Dr. Chaudhry is an excellent cardiologist. His staff are wonderful and I can rely on them to provide information to me on time and reliably. His recommendations before and after my surgery were on the mark and I have benefited with an excellent health evaluation recently. Dr. Chaudhry has changed my husband’s quality of life by his excellent advice and care. He carefully monitors medications and does what is best for the patient. He listens and shows great compassion. He is an excellent cardiologist.

Outstanding Cardiologist Dr Akbar listens and is very compassionate. Always explains things until you are comfortable. He provides thorough screening and quickly follows up with test results. Been going to him for 20 years and has helped my husband and I through several health crises.

Best doctor I've ever had. Saved my life and my father's life. A true humanitarian!

Dr. Akbar cared for my mother and her heart for almost a year. When she was in the hospital, he would explain things to us in ways we would understand, and would draw diagrams for us to help us how the heart should work and how my mothers was working. He gave my mother amazing care. After she passed away, he help my family deal with the aftermath of the process.

Best doctor for me for over 19 years. Truly listens and works from his heart. I always would go to him if I didn't trust another doctors word. Thank you always dr. Akbar.

We happened to see Dr. Akbar after a night in the hospital, when my husband went to the ER with a suspected heart attack. We immediately connected with him and trusted him from the beginning! After some tests, the doctor took my husband into surgery to put in a stent. That was in 2008 and we have both been patients for twelve years! We look forward to our visits with Dr. Akbar and hope to never be in a situation where we would have to see another cardiologist! His office staff is friendly and very efficient and he is always available if we need to see or talk to him! He is personable, patient, friendly and extremely knowledgeable! We are blessed to have found Dr. Akbar!!

The best doctor ever. My mother won't listen to her other doctors unless she runs it by him first. Found a problem no other doctor found, and treated very well. Great bed side manner too.
